EQUS, the spreadsheet visualisation tool, now allows you to easily make copies. For educators and other spreadhseet users the visualisation EQUS makes is helpful because it shows the structure of any formula and also the values used. Teachers like it. Some have asked if they can copy the visualisations. They want to use them in handouts and slides. EQUS now make this easy with the “copy button”

Click on this and anything in the panel is copied to the clipboard. You can then paste it into your slides or notes to help show and explain what’s happening.

Using an example of the IF function from mrdashboard. EQUS shows the example as:

And to get the visualisation in a presentation, you press the copy button and then go to your presentation and paste it in where you want, and you’ll have a copy:
